Wordless Wednesday: Halloween with the OAAM Crew

Halloween is really the one holiday that is all about the kids (and the grown-ups–like me–who like to occasionally act like kids 🙂 ). And Mandy and I couldn’t wait to get all our little munchkins dressed up this past weekend for the pre-Halloween festivities in West Hartford and Glastonbury.

Mandy took her crew to the Moms & More Halloween Stroll in Blue Back Square/West Hartford Center. Just look at these little cuties!

I took my family to the Whole Foods Trick-or-Treat followed by the Twinkling Pumpkins Halloween party in Glastonbury. Unfortunately, Boo’s costume had not arrived by last weekend (I admit it; I took a chance on the free standard shipping to avoid those double-digit express mail fees. I’m a bad momma 🙂 ) Luckily, his monster costume that I made him last year still fit. Whew. And he seemed just as happy to wear that (I’m pretty sure this is the last year I’ll be able to get away with that).

BTW, this is what Boo will be sporting tomorrow. Cute, right?

The only sad part about the weekend, was that Mandy and I weren’t able to get all the kiddos together for a group picture this year. So I improvised 🙂
