Enjoy an evening of music and then stay afterwards for the beautiful fireworks display following the concert.
As I mentioned in last week’s post, we have partnered with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra to do FIVE giveaway’s this summer to their family-friendly concert series. Each week we will give you an opportunity to win a family four-pack of tickets to the next concert being held at the Performing Arts Center at Simsbury Meadows.
Celebrate America at the Talcott Mountain Music Festival

Tickets range from $5 – $40
You and your family can enjoy the musical performance of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra being led by guest conductor and Simsbury High graduate Eric Dudley. The performance will feature the Asylum Hill Congregational Church Choir and include patriotic favorites such as “The Star Spangled Banner,” “Armed Forces Salute,” Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” and Sousa’s “Stars and Stripes Forever.” Plus, music of the Americas including spirituals, South American folk music, Dixieland, and more.
Bring food and drink to enjoy during the performance and then plan to stay afterwards for the fireworks display!
The Talcott Mount Music Festival runs for five weeks every Friday starting June 26th. Not only will we be giving away tickets to this concert, but we will be doing a separate giveaway each week for tickets to the next upcoming event. There will be several chances to win!

- Advance single lawn tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under.
- Single lawn tickets at the gate will be $25 for adults.
- Table seating is also available.
