It’s that time of year again . . . Touch-a-Truck Season!
Each spring, locations throughout Connecticut offer an opportunity for kids of all ages to see, touch, and sit inside many types of vehicles. Climb on a fire truck, honk the horn of a police car, or sit in the driver’s seat of a huge bulldozer. Now, what kid wouldn’t love to do that?
Both Shawna and I have been taking our little ones to these types of events for several years and have documented a few of our outings on this site (see here, here, and here). But we don’t want you to waste your time searching for the Connecticut touch-a-truck event near you, so we’ve done the research for you and put together a handy list (we’ve got you covered!)
Going to these events can be a fun weekend outing for families and have become a popular activity for our Out and About Mom readers!
See below for our (ever-growing) list of touch-a-truck events happening across the state and if we are missing your favorite event, let us know! Leave a comment on this post or send us an email at outandaboutmom@gmail.com.
