UPDATE 2018: Unfortunately, there will be no Haunted Mini Golf for the 2018 season 🙁
2017 POST:
Thank you to Haunted Mini Golf for providing Tiffany and her family with complimentary admission for the purpose of writing this post. All opinions are 100% our own.
Are you looking for a spooky activity for your little ones to celebrate Halloween? Nothing too scary, but something just a little bit, shall we say, haunted?
Well, we’ve got just the thing! This past weekend Tiffany took her newly expanded crew to check out Haunted Mini Golf at Farmington Miniature Golf and Ice Cream Parlor.
Now in its 10th year, Haunted Mini Golf is actually organized and run by the Farmington Valley Visitors Association (it’s just located at the Farmington Miniature Golf and Ice Cream Parlor, 1048 Farmington Avenue in Farmington), and all proceeds benefit that non-profit organization. Each hole is sponsored by a different local business. For $10/person (credit cards accepted) you can enjoy 19 holes of golf, face painting and other fun activities.
This event runs for two weekends so there’s still another chance to check it out for yourself this season.
Times:
• Thursdays & Fridays (10/19–20 & 10/26–27) 4–9 pm
• Saturdays (10/21 & 10/28) 11 am–9 pm
• Sundays (10/22 & 10/29) 11 am–8 pm
We love that this venue is open early in the day so that those of us with little kids can have a totally daylight Halloween experience. Although nothing at Haunted Mini Golf is meant to be truly frightening 🙂
Older kids can come at night when the darkness makes everything a little spookier!
Of course, what would a Halloween activity be without a little face paint?
Although Tiffany and her crew didn’t have time to stay for a frozen treat, she did spot a sign for Pumpkin Ice Cream! Yum.
So if you’re looking to celebrate with your family in a spooky, non-scary way, head on over to Haunted Mini Golf. You’ll have a frighteningly good time 🙂
